To be more precise, at RYSTA we are building a future-oriented IoT platform with multi-sensors, data analysis, data dashboard and app, thereby providing our customers with valuable, data-based knowledge. Our platform offers building monitoring for a good indoor climate and energy-efficient building management.
So RYSTA is a lot about data, but the focus is always on people: you, the team and our customers. Our customers are co-working providers, companies, kindergarten and school authorities as well as universities - they all bear responsibility for people and buildings. We help them to meet this responsibility more easily.

We are now looking for an Operations Manager (d/m/f) to strengthen our team.
Job Description
You are responsible for customer satisfaction and the process from acceptance of the offer to installation (on site or online support) and use of our solution at the customer
You coordinate with the RYSTA Customer Care Team and external installation and sales partners to achieve high customer satisfaction right from the start
You remain the contact person for our customers and make a significant contribution to their consistently high level of satisfaction
You take responsibility for the good work results of our installation team
You are responsible for the quality management of our RYSTA Protect sensor
You are responsible for the production of further batches of our RYSTA Protect Sensor in cooperation with our suppliers, producers and our Tech Team
You coordinate our entire operations activities with our project management tool
You support the continuous development of the RYSTA solution together with the RYSTA product and tech team
You are responsible for our day-to-day operations and manage our purchases and inventories
You optimize various process areas through your own analyzes and ideas and work closely with our product development and IT team to automate more and more sub-steps_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
Your skills & your mindset
You are interested in new technologies
You can look back on initial experience in project management or operations, ideally in the IoT industry and/or in the real estate industry
You have a degree or commercial/technical vocational training
You enjoy working with CRM systems and ideally also with project management tools
You like dealing directly with customers and like to communicate with different people
You are interested in project controlling and know basic KPIs
You like to organize, are decisive and work in a solution-oriented manner
You have business fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
You are willing to travel for work
You care about the well-being of people and our planet
